Macaron Class
Come join us for an amazing 2-hour Macaron Class where participants will learn how to master those finicky but delicious, Macarons! Participants will learn how to weigh and measure ingredients, how to get that perfect "stiff peak" merengue, and how to pipe beautiful macarons. Participants will also learn how to make 3 different types of fillings and how to fill and assemble 1 dozen macarons. All tools and supplies are included, participants will take home 1-dozen filled macarons.
