What to Expect

The Beginning Cake Decorating Class focuses on the basics of cake decorating. In this 4-week class, participants will learn how to make 3 different kinds of icing, how to color icing, how to prepare an icing bag, how to use over 30 different tips to pipe 50 different techniques, how to torte, fill, and ice a cake, and SO MUCH MORE! This class is very intensive, hands on, and very fun! Participants will make and decorate cupcakes and cakes each week. All supplies and tools are included in the cost. This class meets once a week for 2 hours for 4 weeks.
