Cream Cheese Icing

2 – 3 oz. packages Cream Cheese

1/2 cup softened butter (NOT MARGARINE!!)  (1 stick)

2 tsps. vanilla or preferred flavoring

4 1/2 – 4 3/4 cups powdered sugar

 

Directions:  cream the cream cheese and butter together.  Scrape the bowl and add the flavoring.  Mix until combined.  Scrape the bowl again and slowly add the powdered sugar.  Mix until well combined.
